WASHINGTON (AP) -- Doctors treating sickened ground zero workers
offered Congress a detailed diagnosis Wednesday of the ailments
still affecting thousands after the September 11 attacks, but
warned that there's no way to determine how many more may become
afflicted with life-threatening illnesses.
Officials say 30-year-old Cicero Offerle is hospitalized in
critical condition. He hit his head on a marble railing on the
second floor and fell nearly all the way to the first floor.
Offerle was convicted Thursday of molesting a 10-year-old girl he
was babysitting in October 2006.
Perhaps it is time to give Stuart Pearce a chance and get rid of
Steve McClaren. He might have failed at Manchester City, but on the
international stage, Pearce has gotten results and seems to know
the English players better than the current England manager.
